The construction of the Lee Heights and Oberlin Valley Wastewater Improvements, HDR Project Number 10028457 The Project consists of constructing: The work includes two (2) pump stations (50gpm and 85gpm), one (1) wastewater lagoon closure, one (1) mechanical wastewater treatment facility closure, associated site work, approximately 6,400 feet of force main (3-4 inch), approximately 800 feet of gravity sanitary sewer (8-12 inch), approximately 75 feet of 20 inch bored steel casing, approximately 300 feet of horizontal directional drilling (3-12 inch) and eight (8) manholes (4-6 feet diameter). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
