Renovation of a mixed-use development in Herkimer, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Herkimer Central School invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for: General Construction, Plumbing,HVAC, Electrical for 2014 Phase 3 Project. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $25 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at their cost at the full cost of printing, directly from Plan and Print Systems. Only complete sets will be issued.At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested but not required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. We have the following estimated construction cost for the Herkimer CSD Phase 3 Project GC (including site) $600,000 HVAC $875,000 Plumbing $75,000 Electrical $75,000
