Site work and paving for a civil project in Sylvania, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Sanitary sewerage system rehabilitation including, but not limited to, replacement clay sewer mains with approximately 5,259 LF of 8" PVC sewer mains using the pipe burst method, 23 LF of 8" PVC using the dig and replace method, 672 LF of 8" ductile iron using the dig and replace method, and replacement of 3,981 LF of service laterals using the dig and replace method. The project will also consist of 6 new manholes, conflict box/rework storm pipes, manhole rehabilitation, tees, removing asphalt and patching with 8" GAB, 1,478 tons of 9.5 MM mix asphalt, and grassing. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
