Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Governing Board of Santa Rosa City Schools (District), of the County of Sonoma, State of California, will receive sealed bids for the Abraham Lincoln Elementary School HVAC and Roof Replacement. Each bid shall include all elements of the RFB, required documentation, and must conform and be fully responsive to this invitation, the plans and specifications and all other Contract Documents. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids except as provided by Public Contract Code 5100 et seq. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Bid Documents shall be returned to the individual or entity from which they were procured. If a deposit was made for the loan of the Bid Documents, said deposit will be refunded provided said loaned Documents are returned, in good condition, within ten (10) calendar days after Bids are opened. All bidders seeking to return copies of the plans and specifications to obtain a refund of the required deposit, must verify, in writing, that the plans and specifications being returned are complete and in good condition before such bidder is eligible to receive a refund of the deposit.
