- Convert storage room into dedicated waste holding room
- Enlarge room entrance with new doors and doorframe
- Upgrades to walls, light fixtures Phase 2: Construction of new male and female locker room (GES476 through GES479)
- Convert vacant space to new male and female locker rooms
- Removal and disposal of old lockers
- Upgrades to walls, floors, ceiling, light fixtures
- New entrances from corridor with new card reader
- Upgraded washroom fixtures Phase 3: Eaton South Corridor
- Removal of existing VCT tiles and install new sheet vinyl
