The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Inspection, Repair, and Replacement of Meter Vaults for a seven-year period commencing on or about April 1, 2019, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the Effective Date which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary for on-site inspections, and retro-fitting or as-needed repair/replacement of buried large water meter vaults as specified herein. Written Inquiries Due Date January 16, 2019, 5:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to change dates and/or locations as necessary, and the City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site visit.
