Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The replacement of central mechanical systems in Building N, replacement of the electric heating coil in AHU-3 in the Gym with a hot water heating coil, the installation of infrared heaters in the Heavy Equipment Area of Building P, the installation of a heat recovery coil in AHU-C1 in Building P, and complete evaluation of the control system in Area B of Building P of Wake Technical Community College South. Electrical scope consists of new lighting in areas where mechanical demolition occurs, new lighting in Gym area, new lighting in Auto Shop, and electrical connections to all HVAC equipment in mechanical scope. Consideration will be given only to Bids of Contractors who are able to submit evidence showing they are properly licensed under An Act to Regulate the Practice of General Contracting, ratified by the General Assembly on March 10, 1925. The Trustees of Wake Technical Community College reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals
