Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. (local time) in the City of Bloomington, Showers City Hall, McCloskey Conference Room (135), located at 401 N. Morton St., Bloomington, IN 47404. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. E-mailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Separate Bid Proposals are requested for the scopes of work described in Section 002413 Bid Category Scopes of Work. Bid Proposals shall include all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, hoisting, services and transportation necessary to complete the Scope of Work.
