Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Destin, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida hereinafter referred to as "County" is seeking sealed bids for the Legion Park Seawall Improvements. This project is located on the north side of Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida, on the south shoreline Choctawhatchee Bay in Legion Park. The project includes the demolition of the existing steel sheetpile wall, vinyl wall, and concrete cap that are currently in poor condition. The contractor will be responsible for the installation of 356 LF of PZ-22 (or equivalent) coated steel sheetpile wall at the locations shown on the plans. The contractor will also be responsible for installation of a Type D inlet with traffic rated grate and 64LF of 30" ADS HP pipe that will penetrate the proposed steel sheetpile wall. Additional work includes sodding all disturbed areas and regrading to the bottom of the concrete cap that will be installed with the finished wall. The contractor will also be responsible for removal. Our area is not a designed Fed Ex delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure their bid is delivered on time and at the right place. We are closed on all Fridays and will also be closed on Jan 21,2019.
