Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders shall use lump sum pricing. All Bidders must submit, prior to the bid opening time, a Cashiers Check or acceptable Bid Bond payable without recourse to Collin County in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid plus alternates as submitted. Work includes all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. Contract will be a general contract for demolition of existing office finishout and general construction including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems. Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents. Partial sets of Drawings and Specifications will not be available. Please publish in your issue on Thursday, April 4, 2019 and Thursday, April 11, 2019. A copy of this notice and the publisher’s affidavit must accompany the invoice when presented for payment. The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $950,000.
