Renovation of a municipal facility in Placerville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Removal and installation of a new roof system at the Placerville DMV field office. Written questions regarding IFB are due by: 1/30/2019 9:00 AM (1). Demolish existing roofing and associated materials. (2). Remove and replace all roofing. The existing composition tile roof shall be replaced with a Class A standing seam metal roof. (3). The existing build up roof shall be replaced with Class A single ply roofing system. (4). All roof flashing, gutters and downspouts shall be replaced. (5). Existing vents, gravity vents are to be removed, retained, cleaned, refurbished or repainted and installed. (6). Remove existing sheet metal flashing and trim and replace with new sheet metal flashing and trim where indicated. (7). All roof drains shall be removed and replaced with new drains indicated on Drawings. (8). Repaint roofing components as needed to return to pre-construction condition. (9). The Contractor shall clean, patch and repair any damage done during the Agreement term and restore finishes of those remaining items. (10). Maintain watertight building throughout construction. (11). Clear existing roof drains and overflows of debris. (12). The building will be occupied and operational during construction. (13). Dispose of all removed materials off-site at no additional cost to the DMV. The bidder's contractor license number shall be indicated on the Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet (Attachment 1). The names of all subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize and their contractor license number (if applicable) shall be indicated on the Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List (Attachment 4). All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract.
