The Project or Work consists of the installation of two Owner-furnished centrifuges and control panels as well as process piping, valves, conduit, wire, miscellaneous concrete modifications, and all other appurtenances at the James River Treatment Plant and Nansemond Treatment Plant James River Treatment Plant and Nansemond Treatment Plant Dewatering Building Modifications and Centrifuge Replacement (GN016500) The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD ) will receive electronic Bids until 2 p.m., local time on February, 2019. Failure to submit a Bid through HRSD Electronic Oracle ERP system prior to the due date and time will be cause for rejection by HRSD. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
