Request For Proposal - RFP - Design Services 02/01/2019 at 2:00 PM ET From: Town of Needham - Public Facilities Department, Owner - Submit Proposal at Town of Needham, Department of Public Works Public Services Administration Building 500 Dedham Avenue Needham, MA 02492 DeleteEdit Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The scope of work includes selective demolition and replacement of and/or repairs to existing building envelope components including metal wall panels, metal roof panels, polycarbonate skylight panels, doors, structural framing members and selective concrete wall and floor repairs and concrete slab infill. The renovations also include removal and reattachment of existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and/or replacement with new components as called for in the contract documents. The location, general characteristics, and principal details ofthe Work are indicated on a set of drawings titled "RTS Building Renovations". Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the ENGINEER, and shall then become a part ofthe Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all superintendence, labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, bailing, shoring, removal, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item ofthe Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion ofthat item. Questions from general bidders will be accepted until 5:00 PM September 4, 2020.
