Reference number : 1227525 Notice is hereby given that we will receive at City Hall, submissions for the Ammonia / Brine Cooler Replacement Work at Aréna Pierre-Creamer. Estimated value: $ 101,100 to $ 252,699 Only submissions made on documents specially prepared for this purpose and which are found to comply with the conditions set out in the specifications shall be considered. Bids must be delivered to the Clerk by sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outer envelope with the number of the bid and the name of the Contractor and must be submitted on the documents prepared for this purpose. The Ville de Laval reserves the right, however, to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids and to incur any action or claim for costs or losses suffered by the bidders. In addition, the city is not liable for the fact that the written notices or documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before bidding, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
