Clearing and grubbing, earthwork, installation of storm drain, drainage ditches, rip-rap, detention basins, new lighting, electrical conduit, and wiring, construction of a retaining wall, stairs, inverted curb, curb, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, relocation of book drop box, cold milling, placement of crushed aggregate base, and asphalt concrete, construction of vinyl fence, cable railing, and guard rail, traffic striping, replacement of landscape and irrigation and miscellaneous appurtenant work that is not mentioned above but is required by the project Plans and Specifications.
