The City of Calgary requires new HVAC systems for its traction power substations. There is currently budget approval for up to five (5) station upgrades. If funding becomes available additional stations will be upgraded in groups of three (3) to five (5). This RFP will encompass upgrades initiated for five (5) years after award. The City requires a qualified engineering firm to provide consulting services for this work. This opportunity is by Invitation only for firms prequalified under RFPQ 06-006 Building Mechanical. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Budget is undefined.
