There are multiple alternates that have to do with MEP scopes of work. Alternates 4 and 6 are whole area alternates for the multi media area (alternate 6) and ARD area is (alternate 4) These will have breakout line items in the bid packages included in addendum A that we will issue a day after the pre-bid meeting. All Trades: Please note that this is "summer work" for the summer of 2020 and, depending on your scope of work, we may ask that you include the work on the renovations as 56 hour work weeks instead of the standard 40.
