Renovation of a medical facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 158,000-square-foot, eight-story above grade medical facility.
Construction will start late October 2020. JE Dunn is requesting your proposal for the phased interior renovation of UTSW Aston. This renovation will consist of 8 floors totaling approximately 158,000 SF including interior demolition, new casework, doors, interior glazing, walls, ceilings, finishes, division 10 items and MEP. Refer to the schedule for phasing and mobilizations. The proposal will require you to breakout costs per floor. Refer to specifications for a listing of approximately 10 alternates within this project. A performance bond and a payment bond may be required depending on the value and scope of work of each contract. All subcontractors who enter into contracts with J. E. Dunn are required to be prequalified with J. E. Dunn before the contract is executed.
