It has been determined that responses to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be limited to Small Business firms and the assigned NAICS code. Construction Project: This project will renovate Bldg 1500 on Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. Includes interior, exterior, and mechanical renovation Includes exterior renovation including plumbing, paving, mechanical, and electrical. KTR does not need security clearance and no work will be done on flight line. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price. Bids will be due no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. See the solicitation for details about bid opening. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the associated small business size standard is $36,500,000 in average annual receipts. Plans will be available for inspection via FBO.
