**As of March 12, 2019, the project is expected to be completed in the next 3 weeks.** For the Following: Bid #19-06 Interior Renovations to the North Camden Community Center -jackie Robinson Administraton Building 1000 North Sixth Street, Camden, Nj 08102 The right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid or any item of any bid deemed most advantageous to the City of Camden and to award contracts accordingly is expressly reserved to the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden. Each bid must be accompanied by Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond to the order of the City of Camden, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the sum of the bid but not in excess of $20,000.00 together with a non-collusion affidavit. Proposals must be made on the standard Proposal Form, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications. Each Proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and contract description on the outside, and addressed to: Purchasing Agent, City of Camden, City Hall, Room 105, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden, New Jersey. Note: All bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bids will not be received after the time specified for the opening of the bids. The City will deem any Bids received after the hour appointed as invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.
