Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Seguin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

With reference of Add 1 Bid date Changed from 12.2.2019 to 26.2.2019 Principle items of construction will include: 1. Reconstruct approximately 6,600 SY of roadway including base, asphalt, curb, driveways and sidewalks, and related improvements as indicated in the plans. 2. Install approximately 3,700 LF of sewer main and appurtenances, including sewer connects, manholes and cleanouts. 3. Install approximately 3,400 LF of water main and appurtenances, including service connections, valves, meters and fire hydrants. 4. Install approximately 700 LF of storm pipe and appurtenances, including pipe and inlets. 5. Install all site improvements, including: pavement repair, grading and surface restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or an approved bidders bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum total bid, payable to the City of Seguin, Texas without recourse, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds on the forms provided, within ten (10) working days after the award of contract. The City of Seguin reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids or combination of bids and to waive informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days from date on which bids are opened.
