Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Terrace, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a six-story above grade, 94-unit multi-residential development.
Construction of two mixed-use, six-story commercial/residential buildings on the northern half of the subject property. Each building would have ground floor residential that will primarily be concentrated at the rear (southern) portion of the buildings, while reserving the northern portion ground floor of each building fronting Greig Avenue for commercial uses. Building One: 94 apartment units. Building Two: 75-80 units. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. The project is pending municipal approvals. A zoning amendment for the property was being sought. The development proposed for 4617 Greig Avenue would be a two-phase project with a total of 94 units in each phase. Construction is slated for 2027 for Phase 1 and 2028 for Phase 2, pending funding approval. Further update in late summer 2026. Construction budget is unreleased.
