Request for Proposal #P19-02 Satellite Maintenance Shops Construction has been SHUT-DOWN with no award. A rebid is TBD. Cost Estimate: Maintenance Shops in Estes Park, CO is $5,000,000 and Maintenance Shops in Livermore, CO is $7,000,000. To establish a short-list of four (4) to seven (7) pre-qualified contractors for the upcoming Satellite Maintenance Shop(s) Construction Invitation to Bid (ITB). Question Acceptance Deadline 01/28/2019 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted electronic No Piggyback Contract No The new maintenance facility to replace the existing will be comprised of the following buildings: 60’ x 150’ maintenance shop that includes seven (7) equipment bays, an office, breakroom, restroom and bunk room. The facility will have indoor heated storage. 30’ x 110’ three-sided covered storage building 75’ x 50’ salt storage building (1500 tons of de-icing sand/salt mixture). This building is fully enclosed and hard sided. It will have 10’ tall concrete walls and a structural steel building above the concrete. 55’ x 24’ enclosed/heated wash bay. Fueling facility with capacity for both gasoline and diesel fuel.
