The facility will have indoor heated storage. 30’ x 110’ three-sided covered storage building 75’ x 50’ salt storage building (1500 tons of de-icing sand/salt mixture). This building is fully enclosed and hard sided. It will have 10’ tall concrete walls and a structural steel building above the concrete. 55’ x 24’ enclosed/heated wash bay.
