Site work for a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The Work consists of installation of approximately 1,600 LF of storm drain and relocation of approximately 1,200 LF of water and wastewater utilities within existing City right-of-way, roadway and pavement repairs, and rock riprap storm outfall basin. The project is intended to alleviate the flooding of buildings, yards, and streets through an upgraded storm drainage system that includes the construction of upgraded storm drain pipe and new storm drain inlet. All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid. Performance and payment bonds when required shall be executed on forms furnished by OWNER. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. WBE 1.76% Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within one hundred and eighty (180) Calendar Days
