Renovation of a mixed-use development in Beaver Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**The bid opening for Beaver River CSD will still be held today, even though the District is closed.** Sed Project Numbers: Main Bldg 23-13-01-04-0-002-017 The Work includes light fixture replacement and ceiling replacement. General Construction Work includes, but not limited to, ceiling replacement at the Main Building. General Construction work also includes all other work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contractors. Electrical Work includes, but not limited to, light fixture replacement at the Main Building. Electrical work also includes all other work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contractors. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $25 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan and Print Systems. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested but not required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work". A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled at this time. Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the Beaver River Central School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Mr. Lloyd Richardson by telephone at 315.346.1211. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to Construction Associates. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
