Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Winslow, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed Bids are being solicited from qualified general contractors for construction of streetscape enhancements, sidewalk, driveway and curb repairs and lighting improvements along Route 66 (Second and Third Streets) on the east side of the City from N. Snider Avenue to Cassandra Way. The types of work on this project shall include, but not be limited to the following: Construction of sidewalk ramps, curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways at areas that have reached their useful life Replacement of all existing street light poles with new light poles Replace existing overhead wiring with new underground wiring ANTICIPATED NOTICE TO PROCEED: March 4, 2019 The construction time to complete the project is 105 calendar days from the date of the "Notice to Proceed". The City of Winslow reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award all or part of the bid. Nevertheless, except when rejections of bids are required by law, the City reserves the right to waive any informalities of the Bid.
