Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Due to increasing growth in Austin and Manor as well as the diversion of the Harris Branch WWTP and future diversion of Dessau WWTP flows to Wild Horse Ranch Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), the plant’s existing capacity of 0.75 MGD. As of December 30, 2021, design is underway. Bids are scheduled to advertise January 2022. Construction is scheduled to begin Summer 2022 and be completed Winter 2026/2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
