Construction of 3 residential buildings (28, 43 and 52-storeys) with a total of 1,407 condo suites + a retail at grade; approx. 92,106 sq m GFA of residential GFA and 2,915 sq m retail space. Project will be located on the southeast corner of Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual only. A Request for Proposals for developers has been postponed; owner will reevaluate the timing late 2026 / early 2027. Further update at that time. *Early studies were completed by Montgomery Sisam Architects.
