Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 994,744-square-foot, 52-story above grade, 1,407-unit multi-residential development; 31,482-square-foot retail development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Construct a mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East. Project will proceed on a site that is currently used as a surface parking lot by the Ontario Science Centre. Scope of work may include 1,407 condo suites in 3 residential buildings with heights of 28, 43 and 52-storeys above a retail podium with 92,106 sq m of residential GFA and 2,915 sq m of non-residential GFA. Project will also include 35,000 sq ft of new public parkland; 51,000 sq ft of privately-owned public spaces and other public spaces; and a new public street. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual only. A Request for Proposals for developers will be issued by the owner; however it is not expected to be issued in 2025. Further update early 2026. *Early studies were completed by Montgomery Sisam Architects.
