Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
As of March 4, 2019 this project has not been awarded. Bids came in over budget so the owner will have decide how they will want to proceed. The Project includes the replacement of the existing precast concrete structural spans with steel framed spans and replacement of concrete decking for the Verda James Pedestrian Overpass Progress Of Work - If CONTRACTOR fails to complete activity by its latest scheduled completion date and this failure may extend Contract Times (or Milestones), CONTRACTOR shall, within 7 days of such failure, submit a written statement as to how CONTRACTOR intends to correct non-performance and return to the acceptable current progress schedule. Actions by CONTRACTOR to complete Work within Contract Times (or Milestones) will not be justification for adjustment to Contract Price or Contract Times.
