Renovation of a residential development in Macon, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
All parties receiving CD-ROM(s) are deemed by receipt to acknowledge the Architects copyright to the documents contained on the CD-ROM(s). The documents may be used only for the purpose of preparing a bid for the Davis Homes Family Investment Center HVAC Replacement for the Macon-Bibb County Housing Authority. Use of these documents for any other purpose is not permitted under any circumstances. Contract, if awarded, will be on lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after time has been called on date of bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Macon-Bibb County Housing Authority, in amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Both a Performance and Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and to the requirement that not less than minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications must be paid on this project. The Macon-Bibb County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
