Genesee County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) in its capacity as manager of the Hardest Hit Fund (HHF) Blight Elimination Program. GCLBA invites the submission of proposals from licensed demolition contractors for the Environmental Abatement & Disposal of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials & Demolition and Disposal of Residential Structures in the City of Flint & Genesee County. Only firms/contractors that are on the GCLBA Approved Contractor lists can respond to RFPs issued by the GCLBA.
