GCLBA invites the submission of proposals from licensed demolition contractors for the Environmental Abatement & Disposal of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials & Demolition and Disposal of Residential Structures in the City of Flint & Genesee County. Only firms/contractors that are on the GCLBA Approved Contractor lists can respond to RFPs issued by the GCLBA. Contractors are to be watering sites for a period of 7 days after seeding to keep site sufficiently moist during the germination period. Awarded Contractor: L.A. Construction $666,087
