West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) Lift Station #14 In-line Effluent Filter The work generally consists of the demolition of a poly storage tank, installation of an automatic self-cleaning in-line filter, and installation of related pipes, valves and appurtenances. Site access is a private dirt road that runs beside/behind the Lowes Home Improvement in Bee Cave, TX. The gate is locked at all times, so site access is to requested if needed. Site visits will be available starting on pre-bid date. This is private client. The client has the authority to accept and reject bids as he or she sees fit. Additionally, there will not be a sales tax exception associated with this project. WTCPUA Lift Station #14, behind Lowe's Home Improvement 12611 Shops Pkwy, Bee Cave, TX, 78738 The Work in general consists of the following: o Installation of a self-cleaning in-line effluent filter system, provided by owner. o Installation of a 10" DI effluent line. o Two tie-in points to an existing 12" PVC effluent force main. o Installation of an isolation valve at the existing 12" PVC effluent force main, inside an existing vault. o Coating of all above ground piping and appurtenances. Color shall be purple as required by TCEQ. o Electrical work required to run the new self-cleaning in-line effluent filter system. o Partial demolition, removal, and disposal of an existing fence section and installation of a double gate. o Demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing FRP chemical tank, related piping, appurtenances, and electrical related components.
