Unless provided for by the Instruction to Bidders, no Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening. The Town reserves the right to: reject any or all Bids; make extensions to review Bids; waive informalities or defects; and to accept the Bid that, in the Town's judgement, will be in its best interests. The Town is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority/Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
