Summary description of the existing fire alarm system : The current fire alarm system at the 572 - André-Aisenstadt pavilion at the Université de Montréal is a two-stage, addressable system and consists of a Simplex Grinnel Generation 4100 panel with sound system. The control panel is located at the headquarters of Pavillon André-Aisenstadt, in room 1212-2. The alarms are monitored by the security service of Pavilion 511 Roger Gaudry via a link via contacts connected to the Siemens MXL panel of Pavilion 660. A Siemens RCC model annunciator panel installed in the control room allows viewing of alarms. alarms of pavilions 660 and 575.
