Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of two (2) sets each. Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, etc., will be issued a maximum of one (l) set each. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
