Renovation of a stadium in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project will bid with the single prime delivery method. A project labor agreement is applicable to this project. Please review the special bidding instructions. This project includes replacing or repairing all damaged and misaligned areas of the Multipurpose Arena. Site work consists of regrading site along with repairing, replacing, or installing new modular block retaining walls with drainage system. Removing and replacing concrete sidewalk slabs and associated handrails. Building structure to have damaged and misaligned walls and slab on the East end removed and replaced on new micropiles. Tension Canopy structure to be painted, repaired, and new fabric canopy installed.
