As of May 15 2019 this project has an awarded bidder. The is Proposal should be clearly marked "RFP 3-19 Ultraviolet Disinfection System on the outside of the envelope, and as otherwise set forth in these Documents. In general, the work consists of Furnishing a 45-degree inclined Ultraviolet Disinfection System at the City of Carmel's Wastewater Treatment Plant as required by these Documents. There is no charge to download from the digital print-room, however, registration is required. If hard copies of the bidding documents are needed, they can be ordered from the print-room for a fee. If have any problems using the digital print-room, you are encouraged to contact either the Engineer's Project Manager, or Eastern Engineering at 419-661-9841. Proposals must be submitted on the forms found in these Documents, and must contain the names of every person or company interested therein. Any Proposal may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals, but no bidder shall withdraw his Proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual opening of the proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all Proposals, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Proposal, and to accept any Proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
