This project includes the purchase and installation of a precast vault with baffle walls and construction of a slab on grade including depressed chemical containment area. This project also includes yard piping, purchase and installation of fine bubble diffusers, power supply modifications, and installation of electrical conduit. Additional work includes excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping (if required), backfill, site grading, concrete site work, and all other work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. The building and the majority of the equipment will be provided by and installed by others. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those outlined above. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
