Renovation of a municipal facility in Estacada, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The project consists of: Demolition and Re-Roof of existing flat roof, including main roof of approximately 6000 square feet and an entry canopy. Extension of existing roof parapet as required to install edge flashing. Installation of new scupper drains & modifications to downspouts. Project Estimate Range: $170,000 - $190,000 dollars. A First Tier List for major subcontractors supplying labor and materials will be required for this project. General Contractors will need to submit a First Tier List to the Community Development Office before 4:00PM of the bid opening date. Only those contactors that have attended the mandatory walk-through will be allowed to submit a bid. This project is financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Contract will be subject to regulations of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) and the federal Department of Labor (DOL) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This construction contract subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 and the federal prevailing wage rate as required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C.276a). The Contractor shall commence no work under this contract until the Contractor and every subcontractor has a construction bond filed with the Construction Board in accordance with ORS 279C.830 and all other bonding and insurance requirements have been met and a Notice to Proceed has been issued. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Contractors need not be licensed for asbestos handling per ORS 468.883 to complete this project. No bid for this construction contract will be received or considered by the County unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon State Construction Contractor's Board or the Landscape Contractor's Board or as required by ORS 671.530. Clackamas County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County that it is in the public interest to do so.
