The Bartow County School System is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and installation of a complete vertical draining, infill synthetic turf surfacing system at three (3) and renovation of running track at two (2) high school football fields Contractors, for the duration of the bid period shall guarantee proposal submitted. The Bartow County School System may unilaterally terminate this contract in whole or in part, for the school systems convenience, availability of unobligated funds, or because of failure of the contractor to fulfill the contract obligations in any respect.
