Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Location: 139 East Main Street, Lexington SC 29072. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Remove and dispose of existing shingles, felt paper and roofing nails. 2. Remove and dispose of existing metal counter-flashings and coping caps. 3. Replace any deteriorated or warped wood fascia/blocking (unit price). 4. Remove and dispose of existing gutters and downspouts. 5. Repair any damage to roof decks caused by removal of existing roofs. 6. Replace, in kind, any deteriorated wood decking (unit price). 7. Re-secure any loose decking to wood rafters. 8. Install ice and water shield. 9. Install new metal counter-flashings and coping caps. 10. Install new eave metal. 11. Install new gutters and downspouts 12. Install standing seam metal roof.
