Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Pearland, Texas. Completed plans call civil work for a fire station.
This project involves the construction of a New Fire Station Building (approximately 17,500 sf) for the City of Pearland with related MEP and Site Improvements. Please review list of alternates and unit prices. Durotech, Inc. is CM @ Risk for this project. No Bid shall be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after opening of bids without consent of the Owner/Construction Manager. The Owner/Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the proposal. A decision concerning award of contracts will be made as soon as practicable. Subcontractors to provide insurance as required by the Construction Manager. See attached sample insurance certificate. Payment & Performance Bonds: Each subcontractor will provide the cost of a payment and performance bond as a separate line item on the proposal form. Not less than the prevailing rates of wages shall be paid on the project in conformity with the laws of the State of Texas.
