Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing: A) 1.25 MG prestressed concrete ground storage tank; B) two (2) 1,300 gpm split-case reclaimed water high service pumps with 10,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank; C) electrical and controls with back-up generator; D) SCADA system with integration into City's existing SCADA system; and E) yard piping and site improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors must have a valid Florida Contractors license to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and shall have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of three (3) wastewater treatment plant projects involving facilities of 1.0 MGD or greater within the most recent ten (10) years, each having a construction value of $1,500,000 or greater.
