Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 20,000 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement 4,500 CY Common Excavation (P) 2,500 TN Bituminous Wearing Course Mix 2,500 TN Bituminous Non-Wear Course Mix The project also includes miscellaneous curb removal, replacement, and repairs, storm sewer improvements, and turf establishment. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
