The project is located in Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 421 in Harris County. The site is located west of Sam Houston Parkway and North of U.S. Hwy 90. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: construction of approximately 4,000 LF of sanitary sewer, 3,350 LF of water line, 3,650 LF of storm sewer, 16,000 SY of reinforced concrete pavement, and a culvert bridge. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A Non Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 10:00 AM Local Time, at 2445 Technology Forest Blvd., Suite 200, The Woodlands, Texas 77381. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory.
