As of February 2, 2022, the owner has stated that they have their own qualified bidders and their projects are not considered formal bids. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS) LLC is seeking sources for a pending solicitation for the B224 Office Building Project at LLNL. The general scope of the project is to construct a complete and usable new, single story general office building of approximately 22,000 square feet. The Construction will include the civil and site work necessary to provide user and ADA-required access to the building within the overall site concept future build-out of Block 2200. Planned construction method is to be concrete slab on grade, structural steel superstructure with pre-cast concrete walls. Expected construction cost of the building will be in excess of $10 Million. This is the second of several new buildings that will be designed and constructed during the build out of Block 2200. Interested sources should provide information as requested in the Prequalification Letter including the Subcontractor Safety Prequalification Questionnaire and Representation and Certification form.
