Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodinville, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The turn-key work to be performed under this contract shall be for the removal and replacement of existing flooring throughout the majority of City Hall, application of paint throughout, the demolition of one wall to create a conference room, and other work, all in accordance with the Design Drawings, Bid and Contract Documents posted on Public Purchase entitled: "ITB# PW 20-0274 - City Hall Improvement Project" All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of cashier's check, certified check, postal money order, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A copy of the bid deposit must be included with the uploaded bid in Public Purchase with the original mailed or hand delivered to Woodinville City Hall, Attn: Chista Kouretchian at 17301 133rd Ave NE. Woodinville. WA 98072 The City of Woodinville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
