Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in College Station, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 30, 2025, project was awarded to Brazos Paving, Inc., but awarded amount is not available. The project includes the rehabilitation of the intersection of Holleman Drive West and Jones Butler Road into a roundabout. Improvements include sidewalks, traffic striping, and paving at the intersection. Paving includes grading, stabilization of base, as well as installation of concrete pavement asphalt pavement and sidewalks. Utility installation includes storm drainage improvements. A Traffic Control Plan shall be provided. Erosion control shall include a SWPPP, NOI, and sodding/seeding of disturbed areas during construction. Demolition includes milling and removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavement, sidewalks, and utilities.
